2.1 Scope of Services
We provide support and maintenance services for dental equipment and supplies as detailed in our Service Catalogue. These services include troubleshooting, repairs, installations, and routine maintenance.
2.2 Service Availability
Our Services are available during business hours Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5pm, unless otherwise specified. Emergency support may be available outside of these hours, subject to additional charges.
3. Service Requests
3.1 Request Process

3.2 Response Time
We will acknowledge your service request within 24 – 48 hours. The response time for service resolution will depend on the nature of the issue and availability of parts and technicians.
4. Service Fees
4.1 Charges
Fees for Services will be based on the nature of the service provided and are outlined in our Service Pricing Schedule.
4.2 Payment Terms
Payment for Services is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed. Invoices will be provided for all services rendered.
5. Customer Responsibilities
5.1 Access
Please provide our technicians with safe and reasonable access to the equipment and the location where the service will be performed.
5.2 Equipment Condition
You (the client) are responsible for ensuring that the equipment is maintained in accordance with manufacturer recommendations and that any issues are reported promptly.
6. Warranty and Limitation of Liability
6.1 Warranty
Services performed are covered by a 6 month warranty on parts. This warranty does not cover issues caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.
6.2 Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any claims arising out of our Services is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Termination
7.1 Termination by Customer
You may terminate a service request at any time before the service is performed. Fees and assessment fees will apply for any services already performed or costs incurred.
7.2 Termination by Us
We reserve the right to terminate our Services if you fail to comply with these Terms or if it is not possible to complete the service due to circumstances beyond our control.
8. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms periodically. Any changes will be posted on our website or communicated to you directly. Your continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
